1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the khelovip platform's website, mobile application and other related services (collectively the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform or creating an account, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

khelovip is an online entertainment platform that provides sports betting, casino games, live casino and other interactive services. All services on the Platform are for adult users, and every member is encouraged to enjoy these services responsibly.

These Terms must be read together with the Platform's privacy policy and any supplementary terms applicable to specific services. In the event of any conflict, these general Terms will take precedence unless otherwise specifically stated.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use the services of the khelovip platform, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Residents of areas where online betting or casino games are not legally permitted should not use the Platform.
• You are allowed to operate only one account in your own name.

khelovip may request documents for identity verification at any time. khelovip reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if verification is not completed. If an account belonging to a person under 21 years of age is found, all balances will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on khelovip, accurate and complete information must be provided. The registration form requires your full name, mobile number, date of birth and a preferred password. Providing false or misleading information will result in the account being cancelled.

3.2 Account Security

Each member is fully responsible for keeping their account login details confidential. Your password should never be shared with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, contact customer support immediately. khelovip will never ask for your password by email or chat.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Creating more than one account by the same person, family, household or device is prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, khelovip reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit their balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on khelovip is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.3 Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, khelovip may request the necessary documents to confirm your identity. Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the active wagering requirement has been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

khelovip offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 20 times, i.e. ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

5.2 Other Bonuses

khelovip offers various weekly and special-occasion promotions. Each bonus has its own wagering conditions, which are clearly stated at the time of claiming the bonus. If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, they will be managed according to the specific policy.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If strategic betting to obtain bonuses, account abuse or any other fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled. A bonus is not a cash amount — only the amount earned from the bonus becomes withdrawable after the conditions have been met.

6. Betting and Game Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets will be considered valid only after they have been confirmed by the khelovip system. If no confirmation is received after placing a bet, it will be considered unsuccessful. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the relevant amount will be refunded.

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, the official result of the event applies. Casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). In the event of any dispute, khelovip's decision will be considered final, though members may appeal through the designated process.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum payout limit may apply for a specific game or event within a single session. This limit will be displayed on the relevant game or market page. Any attempt to circumvent this limit through multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating an account under a false identity or using another person's information.
• Using bots, automation tools or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Identifying and exploiting technical errors or glitches in the system.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Running multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts or engaging in fraudulent conduct towards them.
• Using the khelovip name or brand to mislead third parties.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in account closure, balance forfeiture and, where necessary, legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by khelovip

khelovip may temporarily suspend any account if a breach of the terms is suspected or an investigation is required. During suspension, the member will not be able to access the account or make transactions. The member will be informed of the outcome once the investigation is complete.

8.2 Self-Closure

Any member may close their account of their own accord. Any active bonuses or wagering at the time of the request will be cancelled. Requested and verified withdrawals will be completed. A separate application for self-exclusion can be made in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 months or more. The balance of an inactive account will be preserved, and the member can log back in to use it.

9. Limitation of Liability

The khelovip platform is provided on an "as is" basis. khelovip does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance or other reasons.

khelovip is not liable for any loss caused by a member's internet connection problems, device faults or third-party service failures. If an incorrect bonus or winning amount is paid due to an unexpected technical error, khelovip reserves the right to correct that amount.

In the event of system issues with a third-party game provider (such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI), the relevant provider's policy will apply.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Details on how khelovip collects, processes and protects members' personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you are also giving your consent to that policy.

Members' personal data will not be sold or rented to third parties. However, certain data may be shared with necessary partners to meet legal obligations or provide the service. The Platform uses SSL encryption to keep all transactions and data secure.

Financial transaction data is retained for a specific period for payment verification purposes. Members may request to view or correct their data at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

The design, logo, text, software and all content on the khelovip platform are protected by khelovip's intellectual property rights. Members are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or use these materials for commercial purposes.

Game content from third-party game providers is covered by the respective provider's intellectual property rights and may only be used for personal entertainment through the khelovip platform.
